• Frequency: varies with your job.

• Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Website and pricing terms

• We quote a flat price after seeing the job, in person or by photo, before any work starts.

• A $125 minimum applies to each visit.

• Materials are billed separately, as shown on your written estimate.

• Written estimates are valid for 30 days.

• Invoices are due on receipt.

• Electrical and plumbing work is performed and invoiced by licensed partners. We coordinate it.

• Cullach Builders, LLC is insured.
